In view of the problem that the existing data dedicated line of the Yangtze River Hydrology backbone network cannot meet the growing data transmission requirements and adapt to the construction needs of the full coverage hydrological monitoring system in the Yangtze River Basin, this study proposed a three-level networking model based on SD-WAN technology that conformed to the actual hydrological situation of the Yangtze River.It integrated heterogeneous links to achieve unified management, designed a multi-strategy collaboration mechanism for global intelligent scheduling, adaptive traffic management, and AI traffic prediction, and constructed a SD-WAN backbone network scheme for Yangtze River Hydrology.The data transmission efficiency was increased by nearly 30% compared with the original network, enabling efficient transmission in key services such as hydrological information reporting and video conferences.This can provide an efficient and reliable technical support for flood control, disaster reduction, and water resources management in the Yangtze River Basin, and help to promote the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of Yangtze River Hydrology services.
