This dataset contains transect-level data from coral reef sites within the Cayo Arenas Reef System. It includes site depth, coral cover, carbonate production by major coral taxa and morphological groups, and carbonate erosion associated with parrotfishes, sea urchins, boring sponges, and microbioerosion. Coral cover is expressed as percentage cover, while carbonate production and erosion are expressed as kg CaCO₃ m⁻² yr⁻¹.
