Manufacturing Facilities

This dataset is modified to include information on manufacturing facilities (NAICS Codes 31, 32, 33) in the Thrive Study Area. This builds off the data provided from HIFLD's general manufacturing facilities dataset (https://hifld-geoplatform.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/geoplatform::general-manufacturing-facilities/about) and also relates each facility to reported EPA Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, it's DOE 48C status, it's CEJST disadvantaged community, and if it is within a American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian Areas (AIANNH) from the U.S. Census Bureau.本数据集经修改后，纳入了Thrive研究区域内符合北美行业分类系统（NAICS）代码31、32、33类的制造设施相关信息。本数据集基于HIFLD发布的通用制造设施数据集（https://hifld-geoplatform.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/geoplatform::general-manufacturing-facilities/about）搭建而成，同时将每一处制造设施与以下多维度信息相关联：美国环境保护署（EPA）上报的温室气体（GHG）排放数据、美国能源部（DOE）48C项目资质、气候与经济正义筛查工具（CEJST）划定的弱势社区属性，以及该设施是否处于美国人口普查局发布的美国印第安人、阿拉斯加原住民与夏威夷原住民区域（AIANNH）范围内。
