Next generation sequencing analysis of transcripts expressed in mouse epidermis

RNAseq analysis was performed to analyze the genes expressed in whole epidermis and upper layer epidermis (SG1 and SG2 cells) isolated from adult mouse ear. Overall design: Whole epidermis of mouse ear was isolated by dispase treatment. Upper layer epidermis (containing SG1 and SG2 cells) was isolated by exofoliative toxin A treatment.
