Segment corresponds to the gene or ORF does under analysis. Omega1 refers to the first omega rate class, p1 refers to proportion of sites which fit this rate class. Omega2 refers to the first omega rate class, p2 refers to proportion of sites which fit this rate class. Omega3 refers to the first omega rate class which captures the episodic diversifying features, p3 refers to proportion of sites which fit this rate class.
