EKW zebrafish Danio rerio sequences used in GWAS for light-dark preference behavior

DNA sequences for zebrafish from genetically diverse outbred strain Ekkwill (EKW). Breeding history: 100 pairs of EKW zebrafish were obtained from Ekkwill Breeders (Ruskin, FL) in 2018 and were maintained as a colony in the laboratory of Dr. Guo (UCSF) using mass breeding where 25 pairs of adults were mixed in one tray for embryo production. 122 individuals from this colony were used to generate 5759 larvae that were tested for the light-dark preference behavior phenotype. This dataset contains low-coverage WGS data for 5759 individuals, and deep-coverage WGS data for 95 out of 122 founder individuals, and deep-coverage WGS data for 7 out of 5759 progeny individuals as a truth set for concordance checking.This data is associated with the manuscript [Xu et al., Causal Genetic Loci for a Motivated Behavior Spectrum Harbor Psychiatric Risk Genes, in preparation]
