EU Cybersecurity Framework for Cyber Incident and Crisis Management - IG Dataset

This dataset includes the raw and coded statements of the four key cybersecurity policies that are relevant to the context of cyber incident and crisis management at the EU level. These statement are encoded in Institutional Grammar 2.0, core level of expressiveness along side sematic annotations (IG Core+S). These statements are analyzed to investigate whether the EU has adopted a polycentric governance structure to arrange the institutional design of cyber incident and crisis management.
