This dataset contains Google Play Store reviews of the Flip digital payment application collected between January 2025 and March 2026. The dataset includes review text, rating score, review date, sentiment segmentation based on user ratings, and preprocessed review text used for Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling.
