3D image stacks of immunofluorescence of ryanodine receptors (RyRs) obtained by Structured Illumination Microscopy (SIM) in isolated rabbit sinoatrial node cells (SANC). RyRs were targeted by antibodies clone C3-33 in cells 3, 7, 13, 18, 21, 22, 24, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31. RyRs were targeted by antibodies AP20325PU-N (channel 1, red) in cells 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 23, 25, 27.
