Assessing the behavioural responses of waterbirds to changes in the density of swans (<i>Cygnus </i>spp.).

This folder contains the data and R code used in our forthcoming publication: https://doi.org/10.1002/wlb3.01504 The folder contains two files: 1) "SwanImpacts.csv" - This file contains the data required to run the analyses described in our paper. The fixed effect covariates used in our models are presented in columns A:C and E:F (please note that the species names in column D are included for information but are not used in our analysis. The data in column G were used to weight our models, as described in the paper. The response variables in our models are contained in columns H:K. 2) "SwanImpacts.r" - This file contains all of the R code used to run the analyses described in our paper. The R code relies on the data contained in the "SwanImpacts.csv" file. The code was run using R version 4.4.0.
