资源简介:
ILC1s are tissue-resident lymphocytes, their recruitment, migration and infiltration into subcutaneous tumors is a big concern. In addition, as NK cells and ILC1s are phenotypically similar, it is difficult to assess the relative contribution of these two cell types to anti-tumor function. Here, we compared the transcriptomes of ILC1s and NK cells from MC38 tumor-bearing mice to understand the biological/phenotypic changes of ILC1s. Overall design: Tumor tissue was obtained 14 days after subcutaneous transplantation of MC38 cells in WT mice and tumor infiltrating cells were isolated. ILC1s and NK cells were directly sorted into 1.5 ml RNase-free tubes containing 700 µl Trizol (Takara). After sort, samples were flash frozen. Three ILC1s and three NK cell samples were processed and sequenced.
