Brassica rapa Seed Epigenome Profiling

Determining the role of the epigenome in seed development, using Brassica rapa as a model system. Sequencing data from whole seeds, dissected seed tissues, ovules, and leaves. Data includes RdDM mutants and wild-types of two Brassica rapa varieties, including reciprocal crosses. Sequencing types include small RNA sequencing, whole-genome bisulfite sequencing, and mRNA-seq.
