Synthetic dataset for predicting annual water consumption (Conso_m3) in Moroccan public buildings across all 12 administrative regions. The dataset contains records of 5,000 buildings with the target variable being annual water consumption (m³/year). Features include the buildings region, number of daily occupants, surface area, number of sanitary installations, green space area, presence of air conditioning, and cafeteria. The dataset covers 12 Moroccan administrative regions and 4 climate zones (Mediterranean, Semi-arid, Hot semi-arid, and Desert). Data generation is based on a physics model considering four components: sanitary use, kitchen use, irrigation, and cooling, with parameters adjusted by climate zone. The dataset also provides correlation analysis between features and the target variable, as well as water consumption statistics by climate zone.
