资源简介:
The harveting of the fruit of a single cultivar are technically harvested over a period of time and the progression of the on-tree fruit maturity lead to important physiological modification and transcriptional signature able to impact the final quality of fruit and the management of the postharvest phase. Overall design: Nine samples have been totally analyzed, representing three replicates of three different treatments carried out of pear fruit. In particular the first sample was represented by controlled untreated fruit, while the other two sub-samples have been treated with Lovastatine and 1-methylcyclopropene in order to prevent the development of superficial scald.
