UK: number of communication equipment manufacturers 2009-2018

The number of enterprises in the communication equipment manufacturing industry in the United Kingdom declined to 1,216 enterprises in 2018. This was the first time during the observed period that the number of enterprises in this industry declined in the United Kingdom. Notably, the number of enterprises in this industry is continuously decreasing over the last years.Only active units which either had turnover or employment at any time during the reference period should be included.
