Genetic architecture of cytokine autoantibodies and associated risk of common diseases

1. OVERVIEW This repository contains whole-cohort and sex-specific GWAS summary statistics for anti-cytokine autoantibodies targeting GM-CSF, IFNα, IFNβ, IFNγ, IL-1α, IL-6, and IL-10 developed in the Danish Blood Donor Study (DBDS) cohort. 2. FOLDER STRUCTURE AND FILE NAMING All files are tab-separated and gzip-compressed (.tsv.gz). They are organized in folders according to autoantibody cytokine targets. The summary statistics are named using the following convention: For the whole cohort GWAS: - [CYTOKINE]_caab_GWAS.tsv.gz For the sex-stratified GWAS: - [CYTOKINE]_caab_GWAS_FEMALE.tsv.gz - [CYTOKINE]_caab_GWAS_MALE.tsv.gz 3. FILE METADATA AND COLUMNS The columns have been standardized to comply with the GWAS-SSF (Summary Statistics Format) guidelines. Genome Build: GRCh38/hg38.
