Environmental Indicators and Large-Scale Climatic Variability Associated with Malaria Incidence in Southeastern Iran: A 23-Year Negative Binomial Analysis

This repository contains the publicly shareable datasets and analytical scripts supporting the study of malaria incidence and its associations with environmental indicators and large-scale climatic variability in southeastern Iran during 2001–2023. The repository includes environmental and climatic datasets, R scripts for data processing, lag selection, statistical modeling, sensitivity analyses, and manuscript revisions, as well as Google Earth Engine scripts used for remote-sensing data extraction. These materials are provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the reported analyses while respecting the access and data-sharing restrictions associated with the original malaria surveillance and population datasets.
