Genome-enabled prediction for feedlot average daily gain in Nelore cattle

Files used to produce the results in the paper "Genome-enable prediction of breeding values for feedlot average daily weight gain in Nelore cattle" published in G3.AdjustedADGs.txt - Animal ID,year of birth during the study and adjusted feedlot average daily weight gain.
Genotype files in Plink format after quality control - Three files (*.bed,*.bim and *.fam) for each of the four datasets used in the analysis.
