KDM2B is a demethylase for histone H3K36. To analyze the role of KDM2B in hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis, we generated long-form KDM2B (LF-KDM2B) knockout mice. We found that loss of LF-KDM2B derays the onset of MLL-AF9-mediated acute myeloid leukemia in a mouse BMT model. we performed ATAC-seq analysis of Lineage+ (Mac-1+, Gr-1, B220+, CD4+, CD8+ and Ter119+) from MLL-AF9-transduced control and LF-KDM2B knockout cells.
