This archive contains the reproducibility materials for the System of Eternity (SOE) Governance Architecture Grand Simulation v0.7 evidence package. It supports the SOE paper manuscript v0.7 and preserves the simulation script, full run-level and step-level CSV outputs, claim-to-output traceability, validation summaries, public figures, public tables, representative evidence excerpts, reproduction scripts, and SHA-256 manifest. The Grand Simulation v0.7 closure batch contains 870 runs and 139,200 step rows across 29 scenarios. The archive supports simulation-level claims about federation monitoring, stability-dependent detection, topology and hub redundancy boundaries, topology-lag effects, and resource-stress gradients. Scope boundary: these artifacts provide architecture-level simulation evidence only. They do not establish deployment readiness, empirical proxy validity, pilot readiness, governance authority sufficiency, real-world safety, or real-world governance authority. Notes: This v0.7 companion archive updates the SOE Governance Architecture evidence package with the Grand Simulation v0.7 closure batch, public figures/tables, validation summaries, and hash manifest.
