Replication code for "Leakage does not fully offset soy supply-chain efforts to reduce deforestation in Brazil." The 7z (compressed file) contains all the GEMPACK programs and data, as well as post-processing R scripts to reproduce the results in the paper. The batch files to automate the run of the GEMPACK code was written in DOS. The user is responsible for securing the necessary licenses for both GEMPACK and the GTAP database (https://www.gtap.agecon.purdue.edu/).
