Additional file 1: of Magic-BLAST, an accurate RNA-seq aligner for long and short reads

The supplement consists of a document with seven sections, successively 1- Bioinformatics (aligners and analysis programs), 2- datasets and length histograms, 3- introns discovered per coverage (ROC curves), 4- introns precision and recall, 5- iRefSeq results, 6- alignment mapping precision and recall measured by comparison to the benchmark, 7- alignment statistics and quality control.
