Processed small RNA sequencing data from normoxic and hypoxia-preconditioned olfactory mucosa mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles

This dataset contains processed small RNA sequencing data obtained from extracellular vesicles derived from normoxic and hypoxia-preconditioned human olfactory mucosa mesenchymal stem cells (OM-MSCs). Six samples were included, comprising three normoxic samples (C1, C2, and C3) and three hypoxia-preconditioned samples (D1, D3, and D5). Small RNA sequencing was performed using the Illumina HiSeq platform. The deposited dataset includes miRNA annotation, read count and TPM expression matrices, and complete and filtered differential expression results. These data are provided to facilitate independent examination and further analysis of miRNA expression profiles associated with hypoxic preconditioning.
