TrypInDB

TrypInDB is a searchable online resource of small molecule inhibitors having a varying degree of activity towards Trypanosoma sp. Information of about >14,000 small molecules from >700 published research articles is collected and made as an easy-to-search database.TrypInDB是一款可检索的在线资源，收录了对锥虫属（Trypanosoma sp.）具有不同程度活性的小分子抑制剂。其从700余篇已发表的研究论文中采集了逾14000个小分子的相关信息，最终构建为一款易于检索的专用数据库。
