Transcriptomic profilings of CT45A1-expressing colorectal cacner cells.

CT45 family members are increased in several tumor types. However, molecules of action of CT45A1 in colorectal cancer (CRC) are elusive. In an attempt to understand the biological and clincal significance of CT45A1 in CRC, we generated the CT45A1-expressing CRC lines for identifying CT45A1-regulatory circuit. Overall design: Two colorectal cancer cell lines (DLD-1 and HCT-15) with stable CT45A1 expression were generated by lentivirus transduction and puromycine selection. The total RNAs of CT45A1-expressing CRC cells and corresponding controls were isolated and subjected for RNA-sequencing.
