1. Wave-induced Diffusion Coefficients The data of wave-induced electron drift- and bounced-averaged pitch angle, mixed, and momentum diffusion coefficients shown in Figure 2 is given in '\2018GL079533R_data\wave_induced_diffusion_coefficients\' by “Daa_XXX.txt”, “Dap_XXX.txt”, and “Dpp_XXX.txt”, where "XXX" can be replaced by MS, chorus, exohiss, and combined. The data format of electron diffusion coefficients is 181 Lines × 1001 Columns. The lines are equatorial pitch angles, from 0.0 deg to 90.0 deg with a step of 0.5 deg (please see PitchAngle_181.txt). The columns are electron kinetic energies, from 10 keV to 10 MeV, in total 1001 energies (please see Energy_1001.txt). 2. The Input Settings for PSD Simulations The input settings for the evolutions of electron phase space density is given in '\2018GL079533R_data\PSD_simulations\Input_settings\'. The initial electron PSD distribution is given by “PSDt0_10k_10M_181PA_1001E.txt”, whose data format the same as the wave-induced diffusion coefficients. The electron PSD gradients at 90 equatorial pitch angle indicated by Equation (4) in the paper as i =1, 2, 3, 4 are given in “PSD_gradient_for_4_BC.txt”, and the corresponding time intervals indicated by Equation (5) is given in “Delta_t_for_4_BC_in_seconds.txt” in unit of seconds. 3. The Results of PSD Simulations Numerical results of electron PSDs evolution under the impact of MS waves, exohiss, chorus, and combined scattering corresponding to Figure 3 and Figure 4 are given in '\2018GL079533R_data\PSD_simulations\PSD_results\' respectively. The 1-day simulated results are save every 5 min, for example, t001_PSD.txt" corresponds to the electron PSDs at Δ_t = 5 min. The data format of "tXXX_PSD.txt" is 1001 Lines ×181 Columns. The lines are electron kinetic energies, from 10 keV to 10 MeV, in total 1001 energies (please see Energy_1001.txt).
