Mangrove Sediment Metagenome 16S rRNA from Indonesia

Aquaculture and industrial activities have been known to negatively impact coastal environment due to large-scale mangrove conversion. This study employs an interdisciplinary approach to examine the environmental legacy of past aquaculture (AQC1-AQC3) and industrial activities (IND1-IND3) in mangrove rehabilitation areas.
