Detecting and analyzing the aflatoxin B1 content in soy sauce enables the assessment of the carcinogenic risk of soy sauce, which facilitates strict product quality control, provision of safer products for consumers, and formulation of more stringent standards. This dataset conducts tests on the aflatoxin B1 content in soy sauce, issues safety warnings for non-compliant products, provides references for enterprise production and government supervision, and offers a scientific basis for evaluating the food safety of soy sauce to prevent food safety hazards in advance. 1. Product Testing: Conduct sampling tests on soy sauce. For each test, approximately 5 mg of sample is collected and mixed into a 25 mL sample solution. Subsequently, the solution is analyzed using an aflatoxin B1 detector, and the aflatoxin B1 content is determined and recorded based on the test data. 2. Data Processing: Record the sample mass as M, sample volume as V, dilution factor as D, and the instrument reading as C. Calculate the aflatoxin B1 content using the formula: Aflatoxin B1 content = (C * V / M) * D, and judge whether the aflatoxin B1 content in soy sauce exceeds the standard. 3. Compliance Judgment: Compare the test results with GB 5009.22-2016 ("National Food Safety Standard: Determination of Aflatoxins B and G in Foods") to determine whether the aflatoxin B1 content in the sample meets the national standard, and issue safety warnings for non-compliant products. 4.
