Onshore wind energy capacity in Sweden 2008-2023

The onshore wind energy capacity in Sweden has increased over the last decade, rising to around 16.1 gigawatts in 2023. This was up from 14,086 megawatts the previous year. Europe is one of the regions with the largest installed onshore wind energy capacity worldwide.
