Traffic Volumes

This layer is maintained generally once per year by processing the Single Line Road Network with the Roadway Lighting and Traffic Control departments TES data. As a result there are attributes containing traffic volumes, street classifications, street name, and truck route information against each line segment. This layer should be used in conjunction with the Traffic Volume Intersection Types layer when preparing mapping to understand the extents of each traffic volume street segment. The traffic volume values represent the annual average daily traffic (AADT).本图层通常每年开展一次维护工作，依托道路照明与交通管控部门的TES数据处理单线道路网（Single Line Road Network）后完成更新。经此处理，各道路线段均附带交通流量、道路等级、道路名称及货运车辆通行路线等属性字段。开展制图作业时，需配合交通流量交叉口类型图层（Traffic Volume Intersection Types layer）使用本图层，以明确各带有交通流量属性的道路线段的覆盖范围。其中交通流量数值均为年平均日交通量（Annual Average Daily Traffic, AADT）。
