资源简介:
This study investigates the effects of land-use change on soil microbial communities in the Eastern Brazilian Amazon. Using 16S rRNA and ITS amplicon sequencing, we characterize bacterial, archaeal, and fungal communities in soils from primary forests, pastures, and secondary forests established on abandoned pasture lands. The dataset supports analyses linking microbial community composition with soil carbon dynamics and ecosystem recovery following forest-to-pasture conversion.
