This repository contains the supplemental data files from the analysis of Group Association Modeling (GAM) applied to M. tuberculosis (Mtb) and S. aureus. The data provides insights into significant variants, genes, and SNPs, along with results from Linear Mixed Model (LMM) analyses. Contents: Significant variants identified for all GAM Mtb groups (SF2). Results of LMM analysis for Mtb (SF3). Significant SNPs identified for all GAM S. aureus groups (SF4). Significant genes identified for all GAM S. aureus groups (SF5). GAM significant variants for S. aureus (SF6). Results of LMM analysis for S. aureus SNPs (SF7).
