We generated human synthetic models of NUP98-KDM5A leukemia and compared gene expression profiles to primary pediatric samples. Overall design: RNA sequencing of synthetic human model and primary pediatric leukemias. CD34+cord blood hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells were used as control.
