This dataset provides a sample subset of multisource, time-series environmental data used for forecasting the yield of chili (Capsicum spp.) and shallots (Allium cepa var. aggregatum) in Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia (2016–2023). It integrates remote sensing indices, reanalysis data, and local meteorological observations for agricultural yield modeling. The included data sources and variables are: Sentinel-2 Vegetation and Soil Indices NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) EVI (Enhanced Vegetation Index) BSI (Bare Soil Index) Brightness Index (BI) Soil Salinity and Sodicity Index (SSSI) MODIS Products GPP (Gross Primary Production) PsnNet (Net Photosynthesis) FPAR (Fraction of Photosynthetically Active Radiation) LAI (Leaf Area Index) BMKG (Indonesian Meteorological Agency) Stations Tn (Minimum Temperature) Tx (Maximum Temperature) RH_avg (Average Relative Humidity) RR (Rainfall) ss (Sunshine Duration) ff_x (Max Wind Speed) ddd_x (Max Wind Direction) ff_avg (Average Wind Speed) CHIRPS Precipitation Mean Monthly Precipitation (mm) (Used to fill missing BMKG (RR) values coded as '8888') ERA5 Reanalysis Data Wind Speed (10m height, m/s), replace (ff_avg) Crop Statistics Land Area in hectares (ha) Production in quintals (kw) Yield in quintals/hectare) (kw/ha) Notes: This release (v0.1) is a sample version for demonstration and early exploration. Yield target labels and complete temporally aligned datasets are not included in this version and will be made available upon publication.
