Processed data and results for Polymer-Jepa: Joint Embedding Predictive Architecture for self-supervised pretraining on polymer molecular graphs

Data.zip The folder data.zip contains the used dataset (incl. original license) in https://github.com/Intelligent-molecular-systems/Polymer-JEPA. We include processed versions (pt files of graphs and fingerprints for tree-based baseline models) and data splits to train the Polymer-JEPA model and tree-based baselines. experiments_paper.zip We further include main results that are used in https://github.com/Intelligent-molecular-systems/Polymer-JEPA in the file src/plots.py to visualize model performance results.
