资源简介:
We collected biopsies from patients undergoing split-thickness skin graft harvesting. The first biopsy was collected from the intact skin before wounding and the second and third from the donor site wound on 14th and 21st day post-operatively. A genome-wide microarray was then executed from each sample, and the gene profiles of each time point were compared. For the characterization of donor site wound healing and evaluation of cell treatment effects, burn patients between 36 and 62 years were included in the study and 3 mm punch biopsies were obtained from each patient over time. The first biopsy was taken before skin harvesting from the area to be wounded, the second 14 and the third 21 days post-operatively from the donor wound. The donor site wounds were divided into treatment side (cell spray treatment) and control side (no treatment). A thin layer of fibrin sealant was sprayed to both wound areas. The obtained biopsies were processed for human full genome microarray and bioinformatics data analyses.
