Raw data were images obtained by AFM imaging and further analyzed using the Nanoscope Analysis software. The output data were in the fomats of txt and were plotted using Origin. The time and spatial resolutions can be seen by openning the raw AFM images with Nanoscope Analysis software.Equipment: atomic force microscope (AFM), ICON, Bruker, USA.Software: Nanoscope Analysis.Substrate materials: Crosslinked PDMS with different mass ratios: 10:1, 20:1, 30:1, 40:1.
