<p>The data provided here are lipidome, proteome, and amino acid data generated from neonatal piglets fed different levels of colostrum and milk replacer. We conducted multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) profiling of lipids in diet (colostrum and milk replacer) and serum from neonatal piglets, proteome analysis of diets (colostrum and milk replacer), and evaluation of the amino acid concentration of diet and serum using liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS). We aim to provide these data to other researchers to use as a resource for the future discovery of potential targets in neonatal piglet fed colostrum or milk replacer.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
