Mosmed COVID-19 CT Scans

This dataset contains de-identified lung computed tomography (CT) scans from anonymous patients, with and without COVID-19-related findings. In total, 1000 CT scans were performed on a single patient. A subset of 50 scans was annotated with binary pixel masks to segment regions of interest including ground-glass opacities and consolidation. The CT scans were acquired between March 1, 2020 and April 25, 2020, and were provided by a medical hospital in Moscow, Russia.
