生防菌株筛选和S10对禾谷镰刀菌抗生机制研究。本研究数据内容包含采用诱捕分离法从番茄叶霉病异常菌落上得到24株生防菌,采用牛津杯法测定24株生防菌株对15种真菌病原菌的抑制效果,结果显示菌株S2-1、S2-2、S4和S10具有广谱抑菌活性,其中生防菌S10对小麦赤霉菌的抑菌效果最为显著、S10发酵液对小麦赤霉病的防治效果、链霉菌S10防治小麦赤霉病的作用机理研究、链霉菌S10活性物质特性研究及分离麦赤霉病生防菌株S10的优良生防特性、建立和优化了S10的遗传转化体系并开展主要功能基因簇的基因功能研究、S10对禾谷镰刀菌的转录组影响的分析,揭示S10的主要生防作用机理。
Screening of Biocontrol Strains and Study on the Antagonistic Mechanism of S10 Against Fusarium graminearum. The data of this study includes: 24 biocontrol strains obtained from abnormal colonies of tomato leaf mold via trapping isolation method; the inhibitory effects of the 24 biocontrol strains against 15 fungal pathogens measured using the Oxford cup assay, with results demonstrating that strains S2-1, S2-2, S4 and S10 exhibit broad-spectrum antifungal activity, among which Streptomyces S10 shows the most significant inhibitory effect against Fusarium graminearum; the biocontrol efficacy of S10 fermentation broth against wheat head blight; the mechanistic study on how Streptomyces S10 controls wheat head blight; the characterization of active substances produced by Streptomyces S10; the favorable biocontrol characteristics of the isolated S10 strain against wheat head blight; the establishment and optimization of the genetic transformation system for S10, as well as functional analyses of genes in its major functional gene clusters; and transcriptomic analysis of the effects of S10 on Fusarium graminearum, which uncovers the primary biocontrol mechanism of S10.
