The transcriptome can reveal the molecular mechanism of the complex regulatory network of the body by analyzing the gene expression and regulation at the overall level. Therefore, we constructed the differential expression profiles of transgenic Chlamydomonas reinhardtii and wild-type Chlamydomonas reinhardtii under high-salt stress by transcriptomic technology, in order to analyze the molecular mechanism of the target gene regulating the algal response to high-salt stress.
