To investigate the impact of the iNKT cells on the tumor-infiltrating leukocytes in TRAMP mouse prostate cancer. Overall design: Two experimental groups (TRAMP, TRAMP-Jα18-/-), with 3 biological replicates for each time point (8, 12, 16 weeks), for a total of 18 samples.
