This series consists of a sample of Children in Residential Care (CIRC) grant cards from Winlaton Youth Training Centre (VA 5093), between 1984 and 1991. The cards were a summary record of successful government grants from the Education Department and Intervention Support Element. The cards also detail the dispersal of funds for Winlaton's vocational and extra-curricular trainee programs. A triad therapy program at the Centre was funded by CIRC grants.
