This dataset contains sequencing data generated for the study "Promoter Hypomethylation Drives ABCB1-Mediated Carfilzomib Resistance in Multiple Myeloma". It includes RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) and whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) data from a multiple myeloma patient at diagnosis (sensitive) and relapse (resistant), as well as WGBS data from carfilzomib-resistant cell line models.
