NRS-13321 | Ministerial registers

These volumes are registers of ministerial correspondence. They give the letter number, a brief description of the subject, name of officer, date received, date of reply and date to minister. From 1973 to 1979, the registers are arranged numerically by registered ministerial letter number. From 1980 onwards, the registers are still arranged numerically, but the registered numbers are allocated according to the correspondent's name. A block of numbers is set aside for correspondent's name beginning with each letter of the alphabet, for example numbers 1 to 150 are set aside for the letter "A", 150-250 for "B" etc1973-85, 1987 (18/1180.6-1185.2). 23 vols.
