# Dormant Equity Aggregate **Dormant Equity Aggregate** is the anonymized analytical companion to the record-level **Dormant Equity Reactivation** listing. It helps lender data teams evaluate the Florida DSCR cash-out refinance opportunity before purchasing identity-level investor records. This product summarizes approximately **95,000 Florida rental investors** with: - **Deep modeled portfolio equity** - **Low modeled portfolio leverage** - **Low modeled distress exposure** - **No trailing-12-month transaction activity** - **Rental-shape portfolios** Unlike the record-level product, this aggregate listing does **not** expose investor names, investor IDs, mailing addresses, mailing city/state/ZIP, or individual investor rows. Rows are only exposed where the segment contains at least **50 investors**. Segments below that threshold are suppressed. This product is intended for **cohort evaluation**, **market sizing**, **segment analysis**, and **campaign planning**.
