Processed mouse liver Seq-Scope dataset from Cho et al. (<i>Cell</i>, 2021), containing 37,505 cells from 6 normal donors and 4 early-onset liver failure induced by excessive mTORC1 signaling (<i>Tsc1</i><sup><em>Δhep</em></sup><i>/Depdc5</i><sup><em>Δhep</em></sup> or TD model) donors. The cell niches have been identified by scNiche.
