Transcriptome analysis of Didymella segeticola treated with different concentrations of Ningnanmycin for 1 h and 12 h by RNA-seq

Didymella segeticola is a pathogen that causes tea leaf spot on tea plant (Camellia sinensis). Tea plant have been widely grown in Guizhou province, China and the cultivation area in the region ranks first among all the provinces in China. An environmentally friendly antibiotic Ningnanmycin could inhibit Didymella segeticola, while the antifungal mechanism is not understood. This RNA-seq data will be great helpful to study the antifungal mechanism of Ningnanmycin against Didymella segeticola
