Astec-U0126-Pm2 Live embryonic development of Phallusia mammillata (Phlebobranch ascidian).<br>

Cell membranes were fluorescently labeled by microinjection of mRNA encoding PH-tdtomato and KTR-Clover into unfertilized egg. The embryo has been live imaged with a MuVi-SPIM for one and 3/4 hours, from the 42-cell stage (Tp 30, St. 7) up to 76-cell stage (Tp 50, St. 9), at 18°C.<br>

Whole cells were segmented using the ASTEC pipeline.<br>
