Whole genome reseqeuncing of parental lines and F2 bulks from cross between ISM and Chinnar-20

Chinnar-20 is a rice variety with purple leaves whereas ISM is a green leaf mega-variety with resistance to bacterial blight. This study aims to understand the genetic basis of purple leaf pigmentation using bulked segregant analysis in combination with next generation sequencing.
